Shipping

Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes, if needed - please email for details.

Does Dot the i Embroidery ship to military addresses?  Of course!

I have not received my order yet.  Please call or email and we will figure out what happened.

My package was late, can I get my shipping fees refunded?  Please call to discuss the situation.  We strive to make our customers happy.


Ordering

What is your return/exchange policy?  We will discuss why you would like the return or the exchange.  Usually it is not a problem.

I bought an item last week and now it's on sale.  We honor all of our pricing.

How do I pay for my order?  Online with a credit/debit card or in person by cash or check.

When will my card be charged? When the order is placed.

I forgot to use my coupon!  Just send us an email or call and we can take care of it for you.

Does Dot the i Embroidery offer gift cards?  Yes, we have e-cards online,

Why was I charged sales tax?  We charge sales tax per our state and federal laws.

Why isn't my coupon working? Computer error probably - please call or email so we can help.

Does Dot the i Embroidery accept bulk or wholesale orders?  Yes - we love to work on orders for teams, gifts, offices...just  contact us!

Washing instructions? Depends on the item - please check any label or ask if unsure.

Does Dot the i Embroidery offer Tall, Maternity, or Plus sizes?  Sometimes Tall and/or Plus sizes - it depends on the item availability.

Can I submit my own idea?  Yes we love custom orders!

There are blue or white marks around the stitched area, what should I do?  Those are measurement markings and wipe off with a wet cloth or after the first wash.
